Kempinski Palace Djibouti

This 5-star hotel was developed by the Dubai master developer Nakheel. Markus Stebich was in charge of the planning and design while at HBA. Nakheel later adapted the design to reflect more of the Swahili design direction but the essence of the original design is still there while the planning remains the same.
